Arwen Braids Hair Style

Here we have the braided style that was worn by Arwen Evenstar in The Lord of the Rings Fellowship of the Ring.

To start this style, make a center part and divide your hair into two sections. Be sure to part out a two-inch section of hair in front of your ears that you will not braid.

Using the herringbone braid instructions as found here, braid each side high on the crown of your head.

Gather the unbraided hair at the crown of your head and make a long center braid down the back, again using the herringbone braid.
