To start this style, you will need a circlet or piece of ribbon. Brush all your hair down straight and place the circlet on your head, or tie a ribbon around to the back. Using the instructions for the hair roll style found here, start taking sections of hair from the front under the circlet and twist up. When you reach the center back use a claw or clip to hold the section in place while you do the same procedure on the other side. When you have two sections of twisted hair that meet at the center back twist the sections together or make a two strand rope braid. Tie off the end with a rubber band then coil the hair around to make a basic bun. Use large hair pins and plastic hair forks to secure the upper bun up over the back of the circlet. Make another bun at the lower bottom and pin sections loosely around the nape area.
