Order Fulfillment & Returns PolicyThank you for your interest in Dressy Tresses high quality hair products and accessories! We stand behind the quality of the items we offer and guarantee your satisfaction. Item Fulfillment Process:Dressy Tresses fulfills all orders from our own warehouse. All items are selected, inspected, packaged, sealed and shipped by our own staff in order to ensure that the items you order arrive at their destination in good condition. Unique Items and Inventory Count:Dressy Tresses offers many unique and one-of-a-kind items in our online store. Our online system tracks our current inventory of each item, and displays the number of items that are available. The inventory count is updated upon completion of an order, not when an item is placed in your shopping cart. Please do not attempt to "trick" the system into allowing you to order more quantity than is posted as available, as not all items are able to be backordered. In rare circumstances, if multiple shoppers each place the same item in their shopping cart, the first shopper to complete the checkout process will have the item shipped to them -- the other shoppers will receive the amount of the out-of-stock item credited back to their credit card. Credits, Returns and Refunds:Dressy Tresses stands behind the products we offer and we guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unsatisified with any item you received for any reason, you may return it to us unused and unopened within 10 days for a full refund. * * Items that have been used, opened or removed from sealed packaging are not eligible for full refund. Rather, a 20% restocking fee applies and customer will be issued in-store credit only. Please include the original packing slip with the items you wish to return so we can identify your order, and advise us whether you are interested in a replacement item. Unique items may not be eligible for replacement as we may not be able to recreate or obtain more inventory of that item. We will contact you by email to discuss solution options. Items returned after 10 days following delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and issued in-store credit only. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on any returned item. When returning an item, ship item in protective box. Items damaged during return shipment are not eligible for refund or credit.
