Shipping Policy

Thank you for your interest in Dressy Tresses high quality hair products and accessories!

Dressy Tresses is located in Bellingham, Washington, and operates an online-only storefront for your shopping convenience. We ship domestic and international orders using the shipping address exactly as you specify during the check out process. Please be sure to provide us with a complete shipping address, as we are not responsible for invalid or incomplete addresses provided by the purchaser.

Your order is fulfilled by Dressy Tresses staff from our warehouse in order to ensure that the items you order are correctly selected, packaged and sealed prior to shipment.

Unless we otherwise specify, the following guidelines apply to each Dressy Tresses shipment:

Domestic (US) Orders:

• Orders placed Monday through Thursday, Pacific Time, are generally shipped within 24 hours or the next business day; Orders placed Friday through Sunday are shipped the following business day.
  
  
• If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe, we will send an email notification to the email address you specified during the checkout process, advising you of our anticipated ship date.
  
  
• Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail generally takes from three to five days to arrive at your destination.
  
  
• Dressy Tresses offers Express Delivery via USPS only. Express Delivery generally takes one business day to arrive at your destination after it has been shipped.
  
  
• Shipments returned for any reason (for example, but not limited to: bad address, refused at destination, etc) will be charged a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be credited back.
  
  
• Dressy Tresses reserves the right to ship orders with a total purchase price of $25.00 or more to the verified billing address of your credit card. Orders that specify a different shipping address are subject to greater scrutiny and may result in delays, or in certain circumstances, cancellation of your order.

International Orders:

• Orders placed Monday through Thursday, Pacific Time, are generally shipped within 24 hours or the next business day; Orders placed Friday through Sunday are shipped the following business day.
  
  
• International orders are shipped generally by Global Priority Mail; Dressy Tresses reserves the right to ship by other means, at the sole discretion of Dressy Tresses.
  
  
• Delivery time for international orders varies by country. Dressy Tresses does not offer overnight or two day air delivery on international orders.
  
  
• Laws are different in every country and Dressy Tresses cannot stay current on the unique requirements of your country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
  
  
• If your package is seized by Customs for any reason and Dressy Tresses does not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee.
  
  
• You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Please check with your country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual purchase amount. If Dressy Tresses is charged for YOUR taxes and duties on the shipment, we will post the charge to your credit card.
  
  
• Dressy Tresses will not ship to the following international countries: Mexico or Nigeria. In addition, countries where Global Priority Mail is not accepted are generally countries to which Dressy Tresses will not ship. Orders placed with either a Billing or Shipping address to such destinations are subject to immediate cancellation at the sole discretion of Dressy Tresses.
  
  
• International orders with a total purchase price above $25.00 will only be shipped to the verified billing address of your credit card. Orders that specify a shipping address different than the billing address will either be shipped to the billing address or cancelled, at the sole discretion of Dressy Tresses.
